COMMENTS: During this period there are several meteor showers taking place. The richest of these showers, "The Geminids," were probably responsible for the observation. Descriptions of objects tend to substantiate the fact that objects were probably meteors. Actually one witness reported that they were meteors by describing them as "brighter than normal meteors."
