BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Report received by phone and information recorded by SRO Observation at dusk through car windshield while car moving 40 mph Object appearing as a light came out of the clouds and went back up into them White circular with tail as it descended No tail going back up Described as fireworks or a comet big or than stars Object to be seen for about the duration of the sighting Alt elevation was given as 30-40 degrees Object had speed of jet a/c and believed to be about 10 miles from the observer.
