II. COMMENTS It is possible that this object was a slow meteor. However it is more probably a reentry of the 1960 Epsilon vehicle, which reentered during Sep and Oct 1960. The angle of an inclination of 65°, therefore the heading would be about 26°. This object entered at an inclination 35°. Also the burning and color conform to a reentry as well as the duration of the sighting.
