10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Blue and white light. It moved slightly to left and later right at same level; very fast; it then went up with light exhaust. [HW: See Slides]
11. COMMENTS Witness claims to have taken photographs of object. He submitted roll of undeveloped film and upon development there was nothing on the film except a car engine, garage and houses. About half of the film was unexposed There was only one witness to the sighting and since there was nothing on the film, this report is evaluated as insufficient data.
