10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING White Ligas with long tail, j-i times the size of a star. Two green flares appeared to leave the object and descend to about 20 deg above the horizon. Main object faded slowly to the South.

11. COMMENTS Description generally conforms to the pattern of a "ballon" observation, and it is concluded that such a meteor was responsible for this report.
