10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Apparent missile or rocket approximately one to 1 1/2 miles east of Poppa India Beacon, France at 0325Z heading East past 10-20 deg true vertical South of a/c tracking 300 deg moving ENE to WNW apparently ascending. Propulsion flame stopped almost overhead.
