10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Yellowish-white ball of light w/a tube like structure around each end. After watching the obj for two mins, it angled upward changing to a cigar shape and disappeared.

11. COMMENTS Probably the planet Venus as it began to rise in the NE. The shape and color effects were probably due to refraction.
