10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Red or oval, red or orange red - size of basketball at arm's length - obj described as egg shaped with point down and bright spot near base - triangular through a 30 power telescope.
11. COMMENTS The angular velocity indicates that this obj was an a/c of some type, (possible) However, it was viewed through a 30 X telescope and no details were apparent. Also the 13 min duration is rather short for an a/c sighting, duration too short for a balloon observation. No rptd a/c in vicinity at time of rpt. Case listed as unidentified.
