NO. NAME AND ADDRESS OF SIGHTING: Source's bedroom was flooded with an intense light, she looked out the window and saw an ob flat & circular slowly moving north w/an oscillating motion. Obj was emitting pinkish-grayish smoke. Obj suddenly rose and rose instantaneously out of sight.

CONCLUSIONS: Was Balloon Probably Balloon Possibly Balloon Was Aircraft Possibly Aircraft Possibly Aircraft

[STAMP:] [HW:] Investigation revealed two light sources, either or both of which could be due to 'oscillation', plus ground fog & presence of smoke in the area which could have reflected light.
