10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object moved from NE to SW passing overhead in sight for a few seconds. Believed to be Sputnik. Glowing pipe shaped blue grey object luminescent impression that object was illuminated but no light source visible Color metallic grey Observation at night with bright moon When first observed seemed to be climbing; however, as object was going away and disappeared seemed to have level flight.

11. COMMENTS Duration and distance traveled indicate meteor sighting at altitude That the object seemed to be self luminous further supports this conclusion.
