10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF REPORTING Rnd ball shaped obj 200 to 300ft in diameter, bright white, appeared to be spinning & emitting heat waves. Appeared to hover in one spot. No sound. Obj disappeared in 2-3 secs. Characteristic of refraction of Astro body.

11. COMMENTS Bright white obj emitting heat waves very low on horizon disappearing in 2-4 secs due west course Planet Jupiter was setting and at azimuth of 279 dgr. Case evaluated as refraction of Planet Jupiter.
