10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Orange colored object in Western sky about 10 degrees above horizon. Rose for about 5 minutes at which time the orange color disappeared and a black cylindrical object was visible. Continued to rise until 12 minutes later it disappeared.
11. COMMENTS Balloon released just prior to sighting SW of observer, Balloon visible running lights, Sun setting at time of observation & observer looking to SW, A balloon sighting.
