10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object which looked like a 4" fountain pen held horizontally at arm's length. The object seemed to change in color alternately from orange to gray. One end was a constant orange color. No sound. Appeared to have an arch-like path towards the earth's surface.

11. COMMENTS Direction of movement of the object is not given. A balloon seen at dusk would appear orange without knowing the direction of object, evaluation cannot be made, Possible a/c also.
