Object, shape of cigar, 150 to 200 ft long, glowing a light haze blue, appeared to be headed in a SE direction, the farther S it was it appeared to be brighter, seemed to melt into the clouds. The light had a peculiar frosty blue color at the northern terminus & an extreme brilliance at the southern terminus. No sound.
11. COMMENTS Light observed was from an undetermined, but probably ground source.
