10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One object oval, About size of basket ball & yellow-green in color, Object 15-20 ft around & 8-10 ft thick, Obj moved slowly & seemed to hover 5 to6 ft above ground, Moved toward obsvr until 150ft away, at which time obsvr shined flashlight on obj, Obj disappeared instantly, Brightness of obj lit area for diameter of 5 to8 feet.
11. COMMENTS Checked with WX station & a baloon was launched about same time as sighting & had radiosonde malfunction and was lost completely by WX station Positional data not included Star Regulus setting in West Venus in W about 15 dgr elevation No mention of how estimate on distance determined Evaluated as UNIDENTIFIED
