10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One (1) circular object with a plastic dome protruding from the top. About 2 to 3 feet in diameter and having a very bright light which lit up the observer's back yard. Object gained 20,000 feet of altitude by ascending vertically and then headed north at a high rate of speed. Object was viewed visually for three (3) minutes and disappeared by fading out of sight. 11.
