10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One solid object with arm protruding rear, white in color, red at one end. First seen at 90 dgrs fm observer, very fast object appeared to ascend during the time of the sighting. Binoculars used.

11. COMMENTS There is no doubt that this sighting was caused by the planet Venus. This analyst observed the planet Venus at exactly the same time and on the same date. All points of this sighting fit the above hypothesis.
