10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object resembling a flat shaped light bulb, approximately size of grapefruit, from where object observed. Moved NE and disappeared.
11. COMMENTS Location approximately 30-35 miles from X balloon site and slightly NE. Winds aloft at that time generally from the west at 25-35 knots. This would bring balloons directly over or near observers location in approx hour. Balloon launched at 0313 - UFO sighting at 0405.
