10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One round object, the size of a pea held at arm's length, a bright golden color, appeared in the NW at an angle of elevation of 45 dgr & faded fm sight in approx the same location.
11. COMMENTS Received by letter, a copy of which is attached for your information. Concur with the opinion of the reporting officer that this sighting was definitely caused by a balloon with a bright light attached.
