10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Oblong, flat, circular objects, four or more in number, silvery metallic color in a cluster. Appeared as though the sun was reflecting off metallic surfaces. Objects hovered in same area, moving up & down & sideways between two banks of clouds. Seen through binoculars of unknown power.
11. COMMENTS Description of objects indicates that this sighting was possibly caused by a cluster of balloons. Negative radar contact.
