10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One, spherical, orange-red obj, size of dime held at arms length, appeared as if whole obj was blazing. Varolus colors observed predominant color was orange. When obj first observed appeared stationary, but observed thru theodolite it appeared to be moving slightly. (NO CASE IN FILE)

11. COMMENTS Obj appears to be that of balloon. MDR Balloon # 97W was in east over Nellis at time of sighting and obj was seen at 30 deg az confirming balloon evaluation.
