10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: One spherical, silver obj., approx four feet in diameter, reducing in size to three feet in diameter. Appeared to be blown by a light wind toward the SOURCE, landing about 100' from where it was blown against fence; where it began to evaporate or dissolve, without leaving any trace on fence; appeared as a mass of tiny bubbles, each bubble about size of an pencil eraser. Phys evidence of substance and material upon which it landed.
