10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One oblong, silver object, estimated to be fifteen feet in length, was observed for a period of two minutes. No wings, markings, exhaust, sound, or details noted. The object was moving east and ascending at the same time.
11. COMMENTS Winds at time of sighting coupled with description of object suggest balloon sighting. Winds were from the west, blowing east, same direction as course of object.
