10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One (1) silver object, possible spherical, approximately the size of a penny held at arm's length was observed to fly directly away from the observer at what was estimated a speed much greater than that of a conventional jet.
11. COMMENTS Due to the brevity of sighting and the delay in the receipt of the preliminary report at this Headquarters and the improbability of further investigation uncovering new significant information, no follow-up investigation was authorized.
