10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One UFO was reported to Duty Officer at bu, 46024 AFSIS, directly by phone. Duty officer as well as other personnel noted objects to be large white, circular object with a package attached. Drifting slowly to the West. Check with Lowry AFB showed three Moby Dick balloons released during day of May 1955. One was plotted to be over Colorado Springs, Colorado at time of sighting.
