10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Observer noticed unusually bright object moving in sky that was at least four times larger than any star in the area. Source stated that he could not see any features, color shape, or toll speed. Sighted for 10 minutes, yet speed in excess of jet a/c.

11. COMMENTS Follow up investigation by flight 3-C gives following info: investigation concluded due to questionable reliability of source and negative results fm detailed investigation. Opinion of investigating officer that sighting generated by source's imagination. Source reputation for tolling "tall tales" and having hallucinations.
