10. CONCLUSION BALLOON (UFO) Further investigation revealed three large disk balloons in the area. The object was probably one of the three balloons.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS A balloon or blimp was sighted in N direction at an estimated altitude of 30,000 ft., heighted 62 degrees above horizon, observed internally until 18:20.
