10. CONCLUSION 1. BALLOON 2. Astronomical (SPW) Scheduled weather balloon launch at Rapid City at 0200Z (under [ILLEGIBLE] & Rainstorms). Sources are not considered to be good ones. The flash observation was probably the result of balloon and/or its payload.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object which appeared to change from red to amber traveled east and south from No-3. Object appeared to disappear below hill. Approx 4 hours later, two of the observers stated that he observed the same object hovering over Sudive-In Novi.
