BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS A photograph of an [ILLEGIBLE] shaped object was taken with a special graphic camera (film exposed) on a newspaper photographer The observer was not unattended on top of a building between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00 for purposes of photographing an object which he saw as an airliner.

Note: A c-47[a] ground observer crew noted an /c with a landing light in a traffic pattern at Modesto Airport several times during the interval that exposure was made It was the opinion of reporting officer that [ILLEGIBLE] object on the photo was the result of the flash of an /c landing light.
