BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Unidentified speed luminous object silver colored which appeared to be solid object, was orange and flame observed traveling at high speed horizontal distance to 20 deg south, a fast moving object in the sky was seen and was seen as also spinning in direction 1 in after last observation, this time the object was observed 20-30 seconds.

STAMP: There was considerable air traffic in the vicinity that could have passed over Jones Beach (above cloud cover). Calling XO No, visibility was -3, line of sight power 5%, broken cloud cover, temperature very warm on night of sighting 6 minimum conditions and poor ground visibility therefore unknown objects have been ruled out possibility there is also a rotating beacon at the top of a tower at Jones Beach.
