11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Three round white lights, apparent size of the moon or small stationary except for little [ILLEGIBLE] is position to one R. Objects were observed today, 0835 EST, observed for 15 minutes, 0915 EST, observed for 7 minutes.

STAMP: Martha's Vineyard as this time in the S and it is [ILLEGIBLE] that source may form but this does not explain other two objects. Martha's Vineyard 4 min, 70 deg azimuth at due elevation.
