11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Numerous military & civilian observed an unusual red object which traveled in various direction in the general vicinity of Rapid City, S.D. Object was described as having various light measures. Objects were observed by numerous civilian and military. Yet interesting was that all objects was tracked on radar. Another similar object was observed later. Lighting includes data from the radar and Elkhorn Mt.
COMMENTS: STG sent representative to investigation, unable to determine the identity of object. Photos of radar and of the red object were taken but were no good because of overexposure on photographing of the object.
