11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Red Light was observed approx 25° above horizon appearing to change colors. Object moved 5 min color changes stopped as it came nearer. At 2320 object appeared to be 40° above horizon where it stayed. Object was observed by various people in the vicinity.
EXPLANAT: The fact that the object was observed for so long plus slow movement gives all the characteristics of a bright star, Arcturus in position reported.
