11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object picked up on Radar travelling 40 to 60 mph at estimated 4 to 6 thousand ft on course 120 deg until reaching 5 mile ring where it paused for 30 seconds. Blip faint until reaching 5-mile range when became brighter and more distinct comparable to small a/c. No a/c in CGA area at that time.
