Sighting by observer was a balloon observation.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer spotted a shiny white spherical object which he estimated was approximately twenty feet in diameter, proceeding at a high rate of speed in an easterly direction and at least 1,000 ft beneath observers a/c. Observer could not estimate the speed of object, but believes it was going as fast as jet planes he has seen at low altitude. No sound or exhaust smoke.
