11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observers sighted what appeared to be an unusual cloud formation. The formation was made up of streaks which appeared to be clouds. The streaks were white in color and were about 75 miles distance from the observers. No sound was heard and the observers did not see the streaks form. Photographs of the streaks were taken at the time of the sighting.
