BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer saw a smoke trail which appeared to be emitted from a unknown object, flying at a very high altitude, estimated to be 30-40,000 ft. in a Westerly direction. The trail was visible for about [ILLEGIBLE] seconds and the course of this object was to increase its velocity during this time. Soon afterwards a light was visible in the sky. The light remained motionless for a while, then appeared to travel towards the horizon in a Westerly direction.
