11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was bluish and rose in color reflected by the sun. Object was at about a 45 deg angle from the horizon. Object was traveling at an estimated speed of 80mph in a westerly direction. Suddenly the object looped upwards and to the rear traveling in the direction from whence it came.
