11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS A pilot at position 64.10N 172.00W at 2000ft reported four heavy black puffs of smoke over Chaplina area. The puffs slowly formed and dissipated rapidly at regular intervals. Although not exactly like the behavior of known anti-aircraft bursts the possibility exists that this phenomenon is antiaircraft firing.
