11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer was traveling in auto when he observed the object. It was silver, like high polished mirror. Circle or disc shaped, very brilliant and traveling at a high rate of speed. Object appeared to have fins like a seal hanging from lower side of it.
