11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted five objects flying in formation at an estimated speed of 500-600 mph. The objects were flying in two echelons two flying parallel to each other followed by three more which changed position in relationship to the front two. The possibility exists that the objects reported were a cluster of cosmic or upper air research balloons.
