1. Confirming telecon, 1145 a.m., 3 Sep, from ADCIO-C to ADQIN, following is essence of a UFOB report received via telecon 1130 a.m., 3 Sep, from Mr. Paul Marston, free lance photographer, 60 Market Street, Portsmouth, New Hampshire:
Mr. Marston reported that...
"During the period shortly after midnight to about 0300 this morning, at least four reports of an unidentified object came to my attention. All of them were from the Exeter, New Hampshire area.
a. At about 1230 a.m., an unidentified woman reported to Exeter police she was "chased" by an unidentified object.
b. At about 0200 a.m., Exeter, New Hampshire police officer Eugene Bertrand reportedly witnessed a bright hovering object, from a [REDACTED] mile distance that hovered very close above a house. Object displayed flashing red lights of high intensity in a diagonal plane.
c. At about 0200 a.m., Norman J. Muscarello, age 18, an Exeter; N.H., high school student resident at [REDACTED] Front Street; Exeter; N.H., reportedly was hitch hiking to Exeter on Route I-95 when the UFOB came close enough for him (Muscarello) said as for Muscarello to dodge and fall to the ground so as not to be struck Object reportedly featured flashing and "zig-zagging" red lights without noise.
d. At about 0230 or 0300, Exeter policemen David Hunt and Eugene Bertrand (see paragraph lb above), while responding to a local UFOB sighting call came upon the scene and as they arrived at the UFOB also arrived Both policemen were able to have simultaneously observed the UFOB for about [ILLEGIBLE] seconds.
