11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Observer sighted a light that traveled from the NW to the ENE. The light appeared to be beneath the clouds and was seen for 3 or 4 seconds.

COMMENTS: There were three (3) satellite decays at approximate time of sighting.
