CONCLUSION

BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: The observers sighted an inverted triangle shaped object south of their position. The light from the object was only from the bottom and in the observer's opinion was not caused by flames. The object appeared to move SW and then SSW. It remained visible for about 30 minutes. Shortly after, the object disappeared behind some clouds, where it was thought to be moving from the bottom.

COMMENTS: Weather observations from the nearest station (Cleveland Municipal Airport) indicate that weather conditions at Cleveland were 53W at 6 knots. Since the observers were looking at an object low in the south, any southerly or northeasterly component would be most evident. The description of this project fits that of a garment bag not ILLEGIBLE ONCE.
