10 CONCLUSION Probable Astro (MARS) Observation probably of Mars. At 9:45 p.m., EDT, Mars was at an azimuth of 1/2 degrees and an angular elevation of 20 degrees. At 5:15 a.m., EDT, Mars was on the horizon at 244 degrees and had a stellar magnitude of -1.4.

II BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Observer sighted a red light in the southwest that was brighter than the average star.
