11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observer sighted a light that seemed to be brighter than the planet Venus. The light approached from the NE turned NW and disappeared rapidly. The observer stated that he would simply have dismissed this as an airplane except for the intense brilliance of the light from such a small source. Also the bright light was not visible as it disappeared but only a red light, like a tail light, could be seen.
