10a CONCLUSION Probable Astro (ALTAIR) At 20:05, Altair was at azimuth 280 deg and at about 3 deg elev. [HW:] At 20:30, it would have been just slightly below the horizon at azimuth 280 deg.

11b BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: The observer sighted a star-like light in the west. The light changed colors from red, blue, white and green and moved like a leaf floating on air currents. The light was seen in the west and was still visible when the observer called the FTD Duty Officer.
