10. CONCLUSION Possible (BALLCON) The surface wind was roughly SW at 8 knots. The description could fit a balloon that had flares attached to it.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observer sighted 4 flaming balls the color of flares. The objects were first seen in the NNE. They were traveling in a southerly direction and disappeared almost due north from the observer. The objects seemed to lose altitude, seemed to be gliding. They disappeared after about 10 or 12 seconds.
