10. CONCLUSION Astro, Probable (CAPILLA) The observer saw the light 3 nights straight. Capella would have been rising in roughly the N at the approx time of the observation.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The observer sighted a bright white light that flashed green and red through binoculars. The light was first seen in the north low to the horizon and 2½ hours later was in the NS at a higher elevation.
