BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS The witness stated that he observed a slightly cigar shaped object, that appeared metallic, like silver, when flying it made sharp angles and disappeared by going straight up. The center of the base appeared to be revolving and reflecting sunlight. Total observation time was eight minutes.
